Are you a bright and confident entertainer who loves working with groups of young people? Do you love talking about Dublin city and all it has to offer international teenage students? Then we may have a role for you – part-time, full-time, flexible schedules.

We are looking for individuals, both full-time and part-time, to coordinate the arrivals, departures and weekly social programme schedule for international groups of teenagers coming to Ireland for periods of 1-2 weeks all year round.

Activity Leaders

Part-time/Full-time including morning or afternoon and/or Saturday and Sunday work, depending on your availability.

Tasks

• Assisting the Groups Coordinator with general organisation of groups
• Organising and leading inspiring and exciting social and cultural activities for groups of teenagers from Italy, Spain, Austria and many other counties.
• Telling stories about Dublin’s and Ireland’s history and culture.
• Coordinating airport transfers from airport at weekend, to host families (and return transfers)
• Delivering orientation talk and distributing travel passes to arriving groups
• Dealing with requests for changes to schedule
• Dealing with and/or escalate any complaints

Skills

• Fluency in English (C1 level or above)
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
• Highly organised with great attention to detail

• Strong local knowledge of Dublin and surrounding areas, including tourist attractions.

Full-time hours: 20+ hours per week (includes weekends)
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Salary: €12 per hour
