Our airport meet-and-greet service is a key component of our package, designed to ensure that groups are transferred safely and efficiently to their host families while receiving all the necessary information about their stay upon arrival.

From the moment your group disembarks, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support. We understand that traveling can be a complex experience, so we handle every detail to make the transition as smooth as possible. Our dedicated team is on hand to assist with every step of the journey, from the airport to their host families and throughout their entire stay until departure.

Upon arrival, an ISI representative will be waiting to greet the group at the airport. Our representative will facilitate a seamless transfer via private coach, minibus, or taxi, depending on the size of the group and specific needs. Additionally, they will distribute travel passes (if booked) and provide comprehensive information about the local area, accommodation, and any relevant details to ensure a comfortable and informed experience.
