The timetable below is a sample programme only. It is designed to show how English tuition, activities and excursions can be combined during a one-week School Group stay in Dublin. The final programme, order of activities and timings are adapted to each group and confirmed before arrival.

A flexible Wednesday-to-Wednesday structure

The current 2027 School Group material uses a Wednesday-to-Wednesday programme as a practical sample structure. This allows the group to combine arrival, tuition, Dublin activities and a weekend experience without treating the itinerary as fixed.

For summer travel in particular, a midweek structure can also be useful when schools are trying to avoid the busiest weekend travel patterns.

Morning or afternoon tuition

Tuition can be organised in the morning or afternoon according to the confirmed programme. This makes it possible to build the daily schedule around activities, excursions, travel time and the objectives of the group.

15 or 20 hours of tuition

The sample above illustrates the flow of a programme rather than a fixed number of lessons each day. Standard School Groups can choose SCH15 with 15 hours of tuition per week or SCH20 with 20 hours.

Activities can be changed

The National Museum, Botanic Gardens, National Gallery and other activities shown here are examples. Schools can request different cultural visits, evening activities, practical tours and full-day excursions from the current published options.

The final timetable can change according to dates, ages, interests, curriculum objectives, tuition preference, accommodation, transport and attraction availability. That flexibility is a core part of the School Group offer.
