School Group programmes are 100% customisable. Share your preferred dates, group profile and programme requirements and ISI Dublin can prepare a proposal around tuition, accommodation, meals, airport transfers, activities, excursions and other specific needs.
Information that helps us prepare your proposal
When possible, please include:
- School or organisation name
- Country / market
- Number and ages of students
- Grupu vadītāju skaits
- Preferred arrival and departure dates
- Programme duration
- Preferred tuition option — SCH15 / SCH20 or ESF20 / ESF30 where applicable
- Morning or afternoon preference if relevant
- Accommodation preference
- Activities, excursions or practical modules of interest
- Dietary, medical or welfare requirements already known
- Airport or flight details if already available
You do not need to have every detail decided before contacting us. The purpose of the proposal stage is to shape the programme around the group and identify what still needs to be confirmed.
How the standard booking process works
For standard 2027 School Group bookings, the published booking terms are:
- 10% deposit to confirm the booking
- Bookings are provisionally held for 30 days
- Unconfirmed bookings are automatically cancelled after the hold period
- The remaining balance is due 15 days before arrival
Alternative payment schedules should not be assumed and require confirmation.
Availability is confirmed for your group
Published dates and programme descriptions do not equal live availability. Accommodation, campus, activities and any non-standard arrangements are confirmed as part of the final proposal and booking process.
